Data Deletion
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This page explains how to delete data held by Mucho Data, including anything obtained from Meta or Google on your authorisation. There are three routes, depending on how much you want removed.
Option 1 — Disconnect an advertising account
Stops all further access to that account and deletes the stored access token immediately.
- Sign in to Mucho Data and open the client whose account you want to disconnect.
- Go to Settings → Connections, find the connection, and choose Disconnect.
Performance data already synced is retained until you delete the client (option 2) or request full deletion (option 3).
Option 2 — Delete a client and everything under it
Deleting a client permanently removes its campaigns, ads, creative records, performance metrics, lead and contact records, landing pages, uploaded files (in both private and public storage), and its activity history. Connected ad accounts are revoked at the provider, unless another workspace still uses the same authorisation.
- Open Clients, select the client, then Settings → Archive and archive the workspace.
- In the same place choose Delete permanently and type the client name to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone — there is no grace period. A single non-identifying record is kept showing that a deletion happened and when; it contains no personal data.
Option 3 — Request full deletion by email
Email info@mucho-media.co.il from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Tell us which account, client, or specific records to delete.
- We acknowledge the request within 5 business days.
- We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm in writing, except where we are required by law to retain specific records — in which case we tell you what was retained and why.
- Backups are overwritten on their normal rotation after that.
Revoking access from Meta or Google directly
You can also cut off our access from the platform side at any time:
- Meta: go to your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, select Mucho Data, and choose Remove. Meta offers to notify us to delete your data as part of that flow.
- Google: go to your Google Account permissions, select Mucho Data, and choose Remove access.
Revoking access stops future data collection. To also delete data already stored, use option 2 or option 3 above.
